Vincent Watkins is a methodical leader who takes a systematic approach to operations management by helping Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement and increasing the efficiency of the listing and transaction process.
For the past 25 years, Vincent has worked as a Customer Service Rep in the Banking and Health Care industries, supporting departments by ensuring that documentation was completed, filed and processed accurately and on time.
Vincent was able to leverage his operations management experience and customer service skills to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, he serves as a liaison between agencies and prospective home buyers and sellers, ensuring that documentation and communications are accurate throughout the transaction process from listing to closing.
Vincent is the CEO of Noir and Ivory Virtual Solutions LLC, a Real Estate Virtual Assistance company that prides itself on building trust, honesty and consistency with their customers. He is passionate about meeting the needs and goals of the customer and providing a seamless experience throughout the process resulting in more successful closings.
